Apps
Each one shows only what that person needs. A guard never sees a bill; a resident never sees the arrears list for the whole building.

Installing an .apk. Android will ask you to allow installs from your browser the first time — that is normal for an app distributed outside the Play Store. Open the downloaded file and follow the prompt.
Committee web panel
Approving members, running a billing cycle and recording expenses are keyboard jobs. The committee works in a browser, not on a phone.
Which app do I need?
If you live here, the resident app. If you work at the gate, the guard app. If you are on the committee, you want the resident app for your own flat and the web panel for society business — they are the same account.
Not set up for your society yet?
The apps need a society to connect to. Talk to us and we will get yours running.
